If you could please provide more details , type of device you have what version of software, and also what reason it is giving for not allowing the download.

My device is an iPhone 11 software version 15.6.1. I don't get a reason for why it's not downloading. I click on the app then double click on the right side as requested and it returns to the Marshall Gateway icon.
