my code 25 is frozen, nothing is working. The display shows marshall - MCU: 1,47
Connection to the pc is working, update is starting, and then please wait restarting code.
Nothing more. The code 25 is not restarting. Power off and on is not the solution
What can I do?
Similar problem with brand new Code 50. 147 updated and then frequent freezing of the controls. This one a one day old machine.
My solution, return the unit and look for something reliable For me, it points to flakey software. I'll not be buying Marshall again.
This can't be my solution because my code 25 is years old and worked with the 1.47 for some months now.
Please make sure that you are not running any other software that could be accessing MIDI, close all other browser windows, restart the device, try running it in an incognito/private browser window, also use the link below for help with this
