Effects Loop on Marshall Origin 20 Head not working.

The effects loop on my Origin 20 head is not working and I can't figure out why. Any suggestions? The footswitch is plugged in and the boost switch works but no pedals work in the loop. All cables and pedals tried are in working order as I tried them with another amps effects loop and it worked fine.

I have the same problem with my Origin 20 combo. I bought it used and didn't check the effects loop so....my bad on that

Through a You Tube video, I learned that the foot switch turns the effects loop on/off.

This is my first Marshall amp and I wasn't aware of the foot switch requirement - 11 May 2024 at 10:37 PM
