Hello, I have the Code 100h with the Code 412 set and what happens is I'm playing and the volume goes down instantly, then it only comes back when I turn off and on the head.
What could it be?

Thank you for reaching out, we would suggest having this looked at by an engineer to get the amp checked over, maybe suggest reaching out to the shop purchased who would be able to arrange this for you .
