Hello!

My Marshall Code 25 turned off suddenly during low-volume playing today, and it does not operate anymore (no power).

Does someone had similar case with this amp?

What could be the reason, or how to fix it?

Regards

Adam

Hi everyone!
Did some of you replace Switched-Mode Power Supply in the Code 25 (or Code 50) amps?
Currently I am doing investigation what is the reason of my amp total breakdown. It seems PSU is the reason...

There can be a lot of reasons of this issue. The first thing I would definitely check is a fuse.

Hi Jacek,
It is a good advice.
I am wondering where the fuse in this amp is located.
Can somebody help with it?

Disconnect the power cable and unscrew the backplate - to do this you need a hex or star screwdriver, at the moment I don't remember which one exactly... :-) - Jacek Klimkiewicz 02 Nov 2024 at 07:16 PM
Fuse is ok. Must be other reason..it seems this is power supply unit fault...no sound, nothing on the display. - Adam Mokrzycki 05 Nov 2024 at 06:39 PM
