Update firmware

I have just downloaded new firmware to my code 50. I dont see anychange. Can i listen to new settings before factory reset! And can i delete any of the factory presets from 00 to 99 and it will be replaced by 1 of the new presets.! Or are the first 13 deleted and replaced by new. Hope that makes sense. Thanks in advance

Hi Martin,

The 13 new presets will be added once you do a factory reset, they will overwrite 00-12, I would suggest saving your current presets to your My Gateway to make sure you do not lose them.

You can test them first by using the usb and sending them to your amp from the preset page.

I would suggest using the Marshall Gateway app and you can save from there.

Wait a minute, do you have to do a factory reset after updating the amp for any changes to take place?
I didn't after downloading the last update and didn't notice anything different.
But also don't like any of the new presets so I don't want mine overwritten. - 08 Feb 2018 at 05:58 PM
