Hi I just bought a code 50 and when i try to plug USB cable with my computer (mac pro), evrytime i saw that so it is impossibe to change preset.

Hi Ludovic,

Have you tried another cable or making sure the usb setting are correct on you Mac, this is not an issue we have had before.

You have this problem now Support, because my amp stopped working, specifically, producing sound ever since I connected with Marshall.com via USB. My f*ing amp is USELESS right now and I've wasted more than enough time having to mess with it now. This is totally unacceptable. - WILLIAM F NAPPI 27 Mar 2018 at 07:18 AM

Hi, yes I did. Today I arrived but not if I opened my Marshall with Safari, but if I open with Google that is working.
