The problem is that when I put the distortion pre fx my amplifier does not give the sound even with any preset, the other effects work correctly only the distortion does not, however when I connect my headphones I get the distortion sound but without the headphones it sounds

Hi Mauricio,

Thank you for your message, are you using the Pre FX Distortion on the amp or are you using a distortion pedal, if its the amp Pre Fx, I would suggest returning the amp to the dealer to get a qualified engineer to look at the amp for you

I discovered that I had the master control to the maximum and the volume of my guitar the minimum so the distortion was not heard, inverted those controls and I could hear the distortion :D
