Gateway is not locating my CODE 25

I need some help with the Bluetooth connectivity.  I hold down Reverb/Power on the amp turning on the Bluetooth feature and I tell Gateway to Scan for Amps and I get nothing.  My Iphone Bluetooth is on.

On my iPad, I go into bluetooth settings and connect there, then connect inside Gateway....sometimes there is a 10+ second delay, but it eventally connects...good luck...

Kevin, if you really did it in the way you described above, you missed one very important step: after you activate bluetooth in your amp, and before you run Gateway app on your iPhone, you should have paired both devices.

I've got no idea how to do it on iPad. Try this:

and do first seven steps before you go to 8th - starting Gateway app.
