Marshall Gateway app it does not synchronize with the cloud

Hi,

The problem that i mentioned in the title hapenned after adding presets to my library and now i can't use the button "sync now"

How can i make the app synchronize whit the cloud?

Hi Santiago,

Thank you for you question, please make sure you are logged in on the app, using the same account, when logged in on your My Marshall online account make sure you have put the presets in your Gateway not just you library, you will need to drag the preset you like into your you My Gateway.
