Hi Gerry,

You can only stream paid for and downloaded music within the Gateway app, but if you open spotify that will work.

I can get audio from marshall website instructional videos while connected by bluetooth, but when I use Spotify it only plays audio through my cell phone and not through my Amp's speakers. I'm using an LG G5 cell phone and I have a paid subscription with Spotify. If this helps any...thanks - 16 Jul 2018 at 12:43 PM

Hi Gregg,

Are you using the Gateway app to play music or just the Spotify app, if it through the Gateway app then it will not work as the Gateway app is not compatible with Spotify
