I've installed the app, but when I launch it, it fails immediately - Roger Shepard 23 Jul 2018 at 12:17 PM
Please note, I can install the app from either the Google Play App Store or side-loading it using the APK file. After installing, I cannot launch - it fails immediately. - Roger Shepard 23 Jul 2018 at 12:31 PM

I have the same problem since update to Android 9 (pie) was installed. - John Walsh 26 Aug 2018 at 11:16 PM
Let's keep the input going. I don't believe that the app has been updated since May 2017. Abysmal for an app. - Roger Shepard 27 Aug 2018 at 12:25 AM
October 1 and still not fixed... Pixel 2 running Android 9...

Hi Franco,

The App team are working on this, this needs to be fully tested to make sure there are no further issues.

Kind Regards
