My headphone jack doesn't seem to be working when I play music through my computer. It sounds fine when I'm playing the guitar and listining through the phones but when I listen to music one side of the stero spectrum sounds low and distant. The phones are new and I know they work. Could this be a software problem or should I send the Code 50 back and get a replacement. The amp is brand new.
If the issue is relating to a pair of Marshall Headphones, please contact support@marshallheadphones.com.
If the issue is relating to connecting your CODE amplifier to your computer and playing back through your DAW, this may be an issue with your DAW or your computer.
If the issue is relating to plugging headphones directly into your CODE amplifier, try a different pair of headphones to see if the issue still remains.
