CODE100H mutes and locks up after saving preset

Recently got the CODE100H and it has a problem where if I save a preset the amp freezes and no sound comes out. Could this be a firmware bug? It happens often, a few times it saves successfully but most times it locks up.

Hi Vegar,

Have you got the latest firmware on your unit, there was a fix for this issue.

I believe its the latest firmware, used the online update tool and it said the amp already had the latest firmware, from October 2017(?) or is there a newer one I haven`t found? - 28 Aug 2018 at 11:02 AM

Hi Vegar,

That is the only one, I would suggest getting the amp looked at by an engineer, to do this please contact your dealer and they will be able to advise.
