is there a software issue with no sound when a user setting is saved?

just purchased cube 50 3 weeks ago. 4 1/2 years later still no fix? really is frustrating having to shut down, then go thru power up and re-connect to bluetooth every time i make a change? - Scott Hastings27 Feb 2021 at 11:51 PM

Have passed this to our team, might be worth trying a factory reset.
