The 02 Slapback is not functioning. When I chosen, I must turn guitar volume to maximum and you can barely hear it. This is the only preset that has this issue. Please help! My Code 50 is less than a year old.

Hi Tom,
Thank you for your message, we have not come across this before, have you tried a factory reset on the amp to see if this helps, if you hold down the amp button and then switch on the amp, and then hold down the store button to confirm, please make sure you backup your presets before doing this as it will reset to factory settings.
