CODE 100 4/12 problem right out of the box

Got my new CODE 100 and half/cab plugged it in and zip, nada, nothing, depressing to say the least! Anyone experience that issue? The amp turns on and everything seems to look alright, but no sound from the cab.

Plug in the speaker cable.

Yea, i've done all that. I initially used the cords that came with it and then tried some new patch cords i bought still nothing, I've since returned it to the dealer and he could not get any sound either. I'll post the results later. - 03 Nov 2018 at 01:59 PM

We are very sorry to hear that your Code isn`t working from the box, i can see from your post that you have returned it to the dealer which is the best route to take to take and hopefully they can exchange the unit for you.
