Playback Crashes All The Time

Hello,

I recently acquired a Marshall Code 25. I installed the last version of the app but, whenever I want to reproduce a song I have stored on my android phone, it crashes. It is consistent: it crashes all the time, to the point I was unable to playback a single song since I bought the amp.

Hi Fabrizio,

The Gateway app only supports tracks that have been paid for or a actual download, it does not support Youtube, Spotify or Apple music for its playback feature.

Thanks for the answer, but I think I might have been misunderstood.

To clarify: it is an actual download, I downloaded it from YoutTube through a YT to mp3 converter webpage.
The mp3 is on my cellphone, I am not trying to play it directly from YouTube.

Cuando voy a seleecionar una cancion en la opcion playback no me deja entrar..hace unos dias si que podia hacerlo..podrian ayudarme?
