Hi Michael,

The best way is to backup your presets from you amp is to save them to My Marshall, you can do this via the app.

When you are connected Via Bluetooth, open the preset library on your app, click on the preset you want to save from your app presets or phone presets, you will then be able to choose both AMP and LIBRARY this will save on you amp and to your MY Marshall Website.

To get presets to a friends Code, you will need to connect via Bluetooth to his amp. Open your Gateway app, again click on the LIBRARY tab to open your phone presets, then tick the AMP section and click save, this will then save the preset to his amp.
