my gateway application does not show the red connect button, and so I can not sync my amp with the mobile app .. It's been hours trying and nothing ... anyone help me?
Try to remove your code from your phone‘s bluetooth list, then search and try to connect again. Good luck!

Try this: Sometimes I have to connect my phone (not the app) again first. When Connection via app doesn‘t work I must open my BT-settings, search the amp and connect there (then I „hear“ the amp already). Then I go back to the app and try to connect there (though the amp is already connected!). Mostly it takes several seconds and then the app suddenly says „connected“.
