after correctly updating the CODE AMP and the Gateway, the connection is still wrong, I had hope with the last update but it has not helped me at all.

he version of android that I use is ANDROID 9, with the phone Galaxy J6 + ..... I do not understand where the problem may be.

I would appreciate Marshall's help in correcting this problem, they have already contacted me for a long time but the guidelines were erroneous from the beginning.

I use an Android and the last firmware update greatly improved the bluetooth connection stability. Your question really doesn't specify what the problem is for anyone to provide an answer. Are you connected via bluetooth to the Code amplifier? Does the amplifier show as connected in the gateway app on your phone or in the bluetooth connections on your phone?
