Not without a "USB host", you can't plug the "FCB 1010" into  the "Marshall Code".
But you can plug the "Marshall Code" directly, and the ""FCB 1010" with an "USB MIDI interface" into a computer 
Then on you could route MIDI interfaces to talk to each other.
Alternatively, it seems the code usb/midi is "class compliant", that means the "FCB " could work with a "USB Host box", without a computer.
