CODE bug: footswitch stops responding while routing USB audio through amp

Hello,

My footswitch stopped responding under the following scenario.

Marshall Code 50

Four button footswitch

Macbook pro connected via USB

Sound output set to Marshall Code

Playing Youtube videos through the amp and playing along

After a while, the footswitch stopped responding. I couldn't change banks or position within a bank.

Unplugging the USB cable seemed to get things going but footswitch stopped responding again shortly after.

Turning the amp off an on again resolved the issue.

Hi Daniel,

Thank you for your message, this is not something we have come across before, I will pass this to our team to look into.

Thank you! I should add that I was using the latest version of Chrome, with the midi plug-in, and my Mac probably went to sleep and had to be woken up a few times during the session. All things that could affect USB communications. - Daniel Stux 05 Aug 2019 at 02:10 PM
I noticed the same behavior with the Amp's knob while inadvertently left Chrome open in the firmware tool, on a Mac as well .
it seems to me the page/app/script could be locking the driver/device ?
