USB Problems

Hi I have a Code 25 which has just giving" Check USB" when switched on when USB is plugged in says "Ready" and I still cant connect did a system reset still the same. Is it dead? or is there somthing else I can try?

Just for reference, had to send it back to Marshall in the end! When I was updating it glitched mid way through - 30 Sep 2019 at 10:08 AM

Hi Wade,

Are you getting the Check USB with no USB connected or is then your trying to update the unit.
