I am trying to do a factory reset, and instead of the "completed" message I get a "cancelled" message when holding down the store/exit button. The system them reverts to the existing pre-reset state. Can anyone suggest how I can resolve this?

Sorry you seem to be having this issue, its something we have not come across before, can you confirm you are holding down the store button, because if you just press it, it will cancel the reset, if you are still having this issue, please contact servicedesk@marshall.com and they will be able to help you further.

Yes you can just do what customer care adds to you or just find an alternate method of solving it with me. Just go to your settings and make an note of cache and storage, clear everything and your additional cookies with homeappliances will be cleared and then we can add whatever, reset you are required and looking for. Just have a try, it will work for sure.
