Foot switch not working

I just got a Code 4 button footswitch for my Code50 amp but it does not do anything. No lights, nothing. Do I need to do anything to the amp to get it going?

Hi Robert,

Thank you for getting in touch, if you have plugged the F/S into the F/S and you still have no lights, I would suggest contacting your dealer as the item might be faulty.

What does plugging the f/s into the f/s mean please. Or did you mean plugged the f/s into the amp? I too have bought the pedal off Amazon and have exactly the same problem. Plugged the pedal into my code 50 and the foot pedal does nothing. No lights...zilch. Please advise...thankyou - 21 Nov 2019 at 10:15 PM

Hi Andy,

Should have been more clear on the message above, if you are connecting correctly, by connecting the Code F/S to in the F/S input on the unit, if you have no lights there maybe an issue and you will need to contact the dealer to arrange a exchange.
