I have received the following error on my iPad after an update of the IOS:
context 3D not available ! Possible reasons : wrong rendermode or missing device support
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, disconnected the Bluetooth and reconnected, everything I can think of and nothing has gotten rid of the error message. Very frustrated. Thoughts?

Thank you for getting in touch, to fix this, you need to close the app and shut down the device, once you reopen the open, it will work fine.
