Gateway don't detect anymore my Code

i have try all the suggest from the support, re-install, re-boot, everything but nothing happens...someone has have same problems? and what have you done?

Hi Arturo,

Can you confirm which device you have, do you have the up to date Firmware on the amp, there have been some fixes.

hi,
I've up to date the Firmare and about the device i've tried on 3 different smartphone (a honor 7 with Android 6, a Samsung A5 with Android 7 and a Samsung A50 with Android 9)...

The honor is my own smartphone and until sunday morning it works correctly.
