I bought Marshall Code25 this week and I have the same problem.
I am holding down the store button but after a few seconds I receive a
message "Cancelld" on the display and reset is not performed.
Can You help me how to prevent this problem?
Also does not work the playback from the cellphone via Gateway,
every attempt ends in disintegration of bluetooth connection

Thank you for your message, we would just like to confirm a few things, are you waiting for the screen to say hold store, before pressing it, also you have to stop pressing the amp button when it asks to confirm.
Regarding the Playback, have you updated the amp with the new firmware, can you also confirm what music you are trying to stream, the app does not work with Apple music or Spotify.

On Amp i had the last version of firmware - 1.44.
Despite of this I updated the firmware based on your advice.
Result: Factory reset works.
