Code 25 different volume levels in different presets

Hi there, I recently bought used Code 25 in pristine condition, everything seems to work just fine, but one thing which really bothers me are volume level differences in different presets, which are huge. Is this normal behaviour? Please advise. Thanks!

Hi Hank,

Thank you for your message, you can adjust the preset volume to either lower or higher the output, depending on what you are playing.

Thank you. Would "factory reset" re-set those gains?

A factory reset will reset the preset to original setting.
