Marshal Mid ANC not connecting via bluetooth to IphoneX

Hi, I've just received the headphones and they sound really nice. But I can't connect them to my Iphone for some reason, I turn on the bluetooth on them and on my phone, but they do not appear on my phone, it can't find them.

Any chance you know about this kind of situation and could give me some advice?

You should try restarting your phone and headphones. This will help. You should also charge your headphone.
