Where can you get a new master vol pot for code 100?? Mine has loud crackling and uneven volume increase-- it jumps and seems to get quieter on higher levels. Tried cleaning it several times.

Have you tried updating the Firmware, will be worth checking before replacing the pot, if you can email servicedesk@marshall.com with all the details and where you are based.

I tried updating to new firmware-- no change. Master vol still horribly crackling and popping. Also lots of high pitched interference
