I cant't reset my amplifier to the factory settings. I do everything as written in the manual, but every time I hold the "store" button, the message "canceled" appears.

Yes, I did the update. This is the first thing I've done. Even twice to be sure. This did not help solve the problem.

Very stange not seen this before, I would suggest contacting your dealer and they can arrange for the amp to be looked at by an engineer.
