My Code 50 will not connect to Gateway. Keep getting continuous "Connecting" message in app. Nothing has worked.

Hi Victor,

Thank you for your message, can you confirm which device you have, and also if you have done the Code unit Firmware update, you can use the link below to do this,

You will also need to pair in your phones Bluetooth settings before opening the app.
