Hello Martin,

You can find the serial number on the back of the amp located on a white sticker, it contains 10 digits.

The code on the sticker is no good for product registration as this require a12 digit code including 4 dashes that are preset in the required box. - Martin Blyth 29 Sep 2016 at 09:00 AM
Are you trying to register on My Marshall? I have registered a Code 25 and it did not require a 12 digit code. - Marshall 29 Sep 2016 at 09:18 AM
It's a serial number for my extended warranty. - Martin Blyth 29 Sep 2016 at 09:47 AM
OK, that will still be the 10 digit code on the back of the amp. Are you completing a warranty card that came with the CODE? - Marshall 29 Sep 2016 at 10:10 AM

I was going to fill out and return the warranty card but on the card it says I can do it on line, when I click on the product registration on your home page it asks for a 12 digit number  this is an example of what is in the required field _-____-__-____-_ I was concern that if I put the wrong number on my card my extended warranty will be void. Also it was to inform you of this issue.

OK, i can see whereabouts on the website you are referring to now. I am not sure if this is an error on the website, i will find out. If you would like to email Joanna Green on she will be able to assist you with the extended warranty. - Marshall 29 Sep 2016 at 12:25 PM
