gateway, code 25, iPhone X: app don't get connected/paired


Dear Marshall-Team,

just bought a code 25. I wanted to pair the code 25 with my IPhone X and the gateway app, but it doesn´t work.

The Phone is connected to the code 25 via bluetooth, but the gateway app is installed successfully, but doesn´t recognise the code 25 to pair.

I´ve already tried all recommended troubleshootings without success.

Could you please give me any further help.

I'm having the same issue with my code 50. I have a Iphone 11 and everything is up to date. Is there a sequence that should be done? ex start the gateway app then turn amp on or vise versa?

Hi Oliver,

Thank you for your message, can you confirm you have the upto date firmware on the amp, you can update the firmware from this website under the support tab.
