I have an Acton II, and, can't get Apple Music to play via Alexa App. It works on my echo devices.

I've got an apple music subscription, and my alexa app has been linked to it. Apple music works fine with echo devices, but just not on this speaker.

Hey Marshall Support: Why do you keep referring people to email? Why not respond publicly here? Many of us have been told that 3rd party Alexa devices don't support Apple Music. If that's true then why not be honest and tell people here? And if it's not true, then again...spell out the solution here for all of us! - 19 Sep 2020 at 10:17 PM

Totally agree.

Anyways, I don’t understand why if the device supports Alexa and Alexa supports Apple Music, why the device doesn’t support Apple Music.

You should publicly explain what is going on and if it is an issue that will be eventually solved though a software update or not. - 04 Mar 2021 at 07:14 PM
