Gateway Auto-rotate

Hi All,

I'm using the Gateway app on an iPAD mini with the latest IOS. What I can't get to work is the auto-rotate function (to view it "sideways" when my iPAD is on its stand). Is this a Gateway app limitation?

I did hear back from Marshall support, and they just said "that's the way it works". Seems Marshall should take, as a beneficial suggestion, the tip to have their developer add an algorithm to Gateway to have it auto-rotate. Seems it would be a simple algorithm. - 25 Jun 2020 at 09:39 PM

Gateway can't rotate for me. I don't know why. I have to use my friend's video editor - Joyoshare Media Cutter to help me. It rotates my sideways video on my iPad Pro without any hassle.
