DSL20HR resonance/precence in emulated out

I use DSL20HR with emulated out connection. I have found that two knobs won't do anything: reconance and precence. Is this normal or is my amp broken?

Other EQ knobs working fine.

Curious if you ever got this checked out. I have a DSL 20 HR and am experiencing the same thing. Iassumed that with headphones plugged in to the “emulated out” jack and the amp in standby, that the power section (except the master volume potentiometer) were basically out of the circuit. Depending on how the circuit is built, this could include the resonance and presence controls (meaning those two controls would be disconnected along with the rest of the power section).

It isn’t really a big deal for my silent practice, but it would be a weakness if you were attempting to use the “emulated out” jack for recording.

Hello Mikko,

We would recommend that you contact the dealer it was purchased through so it can be checked over for you by an engineer.

Kind Regards
