hi, i have marshall code 100h, but its BT version is not 3.1. The version is BT 0000000, help me, please. My code does not appear on the device to connect

Hi Rafael,

Did you perform an update, if so, it looks like the update did not complete, I would suggest updating the Firmware in the support section.

hello, I did the firmware update through the browser and also through the computer, but I had no solution. The update completes normally, and is successful. The only problem is with bluetooth. Isn't there a specific driver that you can send me? So I update only the bluetooth if possible.

Hi Rafael,

There could be an issue with the Bluetooth module, I would suggest having it looked at by an engineer.
