I have a CODE 50, and I'm trying to download the presets that I have chosen in my profile, but I can't download them to the Amp, or to the Gateway app . Pls advise how can I do it.

I'm a new CODE user myself, and I was confused at first too. Basically, all I had to do was to click on the icon that says download preset to CODE (of course, having the USB cable hooked up between my computer and my CODE 50). When doing so, you'll quickly notice the settings in the window on the top of the amp "adjust". Not sure what yhou mean by presets chosen in your profile, so if you can elaborate maybe I can help.
