Hey Support! Code 25 screech sound when powered on

just received my code 25 today in the mail, sounds great. except when I turn it on or connect to BT. when i do either, it makes a horribly loud screech sound that last about a half second. tried resinstalling fw, disconnecting all cables, still the same. can this be fixed or do i need to return it?

Set the master control to 0 for on/off - 26 Sep 2020 at 06:42 PM

Already on 0. Volume and Gain also on 0. Still get the screech - 26 Sep 2020 at 09:09 PM
