when i tried to preview a user reset i plugged inmini usb to amp and clicked on amp logo to listen and nothing happened i just got the no entry symbol ,is there a particular type of cable or do i have to enable on computer somewhere first?

Thank you for your message, you will need a mini usb midi cable, and make sure the computer you connect to has midi drivers.
