When I try to save a new preset, the amp do not sound anymore.

Hello,

Recently I bought a Code 100 and I've connected it to my phone (Samsung s10).

When I save and store a new preset via app or amp, it stops playing completely. After a restart, the preset is saved and it starts to sound again.

Is there a way to prevent the "stop" of the amp?

Hi Reccardo,

Thank you for your message, can you confirm you have done the firmware update, if you have I would suggest having the amp looked at by an engineer.
