I need to replace the power tubes in my 6100LM 100W Head.
I am looking at purchasing a matched quartet of Tung-Sol 5881 (Medium) from Musician's Friend
Just wanted to check to make sure that these are able to be used in my amp.

Hello Craig,
Regarding the 6100LM these can be used with either 5881 or EL34 but the circuitary has to be set up for one or the other type of power valve they are not interchangeable. You will need to find out if your 6100 is set up for 5881 or EL34 this will need to be checked by an engineer.
