My Marshall code 50 is too loud … how do I fix it?

Decrease volume level of desired preset (don't forget to save this preset afterwards), or decrease Master volume level - it works for all presets and doesn't need to be saved.

This problem has not been taken seriously. Are we unsupported?

It has been taken serious! Jacek gave the correct answer! Put Master to - for example - nine o‘clock and then level all presets to the desired volume and save(!) each! Really no rocket-science. - 29 Mar 2021 at 05:52 AM
