I have an older 8240 valvastate. Wien i play the clean Channel, the Sound disappears for one second, if I pres the crunch channel, the problem disappears. I have a teknicien to check, but he can't locate the failure. Please help.

Thank you for your comments, without seeing the amp its hard to say, we would recommend its looked at by a qualified engineer.
