often times, gateway will not save my edits. i hit save, edit the preset name, hit save again, but the button does not go away and the edits wont save

You will need to make sure you are saving to the correct tab, at the bottom you will see a app or an amp, to save to the amp it must be selected, if you have further issues please contact servicedesk@marshall.com
