Bluetooth pairing problem

Hey,

i cant find my Marshall code 50 on my bluetooth list. I tried to connect it to my phone and tablet. I downloaded the latest firmware update but it didnt help. My phone is Honor 7 and tablet samsung galaxy tab A. I bougt my amp about month ago, bluetooth havent work at all. What i can do??

Can I ask if you pair the the device in the bluetooth settings before trying to open the app.

Yes, i tried it in the bluetooth settings, but device isnt on that list, i cant find it.

It could be something with to do with the model of phone and what type of bluetooth it runs.

According to "www.gsmarena.com/huawei_honor_7-7269.php" the honor 7 uses

Bluetooth v4.1, A2DP, EDR, LE

not sure if arto's 7 is a 7269 though
