Could a lower V1 tube make the green channel cleaner when I play hard,it sounds like it distorts when I dig in hard almost like a bad speaker but even a new cabinet rattles like that,any suggestion?

Regarding your question, which of the four channels on the JVM are you using on the green level? With this information we will be able to give you some advice.
It is on the clean channel (green) on the JVM 410h I play through a 1960 B cabinet,it does it sometimes and the next time it's okay the amp is only about 2 years old and expensive enough,hope it is something simple if not a May have to bring it in and have an amp tech play through it on the clean channel (green) to see what he may be able to find I guess,Anything you can tell me in your experience would be greatly appreciated,thanks.
